Visual Studio 2013 SP1とSignalRでHTTPエラー 404 Not Foundが発生する。

IIS Expressは問題なく動作するが、Windows 8＋IIS8.5の環境ではこのエラーが発生し、動作しない。

対応は、、、、完全にハマっている。
